Theme: Uh-Oh: Stories About Mistakes”

As Einstein once said, “Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.” It doesn’t take a genius to know just how true this can be. Join us at Joe’s Pub on Tuesday, April 30 at 7pmET for our April show, “Uh-Oh: Stories about Mistakes.” We’ve all been there—from momentary lapses of judgment to the types of miscalculations that alter the course of our lives. Our wonderful lineup of intergenerational storytellers will be honoring the mistakes of their pasts as a celebration of our shared humanity. Let’s raise a glass to the errors that make us who we are and the slip-ups that make life more interesting. Tickets are on-sale now on our website for both the in-person show and our livestream (available around the world and on-demand).

Generation Women is a multigenerational storytelling series that invites a performer in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s+ to share an original true story on a theme. Our mission is to amplify underheard voices, and create space for inter generational connection and community.

😘 Hosted/created by Georgia Clark, author of Island Time, and others.

“Generation Women gave me a deeper appreciation for the shared human experience of women. Race, color, sexual orientation and faith did not separate us, in fact, our stories brought us closer together.

It was beautiful.”
