Six storytellers.
Six generations.

Generation Women® is a multigenerational storytelling event series based in New York City, featuring women and non-binary storytellers from their twenties to their eighties.

At our monthly live show, six storytellers of note share an original, true story on a theme. Our diverse line-ups will make you laugh, cry, and reflect on the cycle of life. Generation Women is an intimate literary salon that brings together people of all ages. Hosted/created by the author Georgia Clark.

Tuesday, April 14 at

7pmET at Joe’s Pub, NYC.

Theme: Rebellion

Join us this April as we celebrate the rebels — the rule-breakers, the boundary-setters, the women and non-binary people who dared to do it differently.

Our multigenerational storytellers take the Joe's Pub stage to share true tales of rebellion: the career path they refused to follow; the expectation they shattered; the rule they broke that changed everything; the quiet no that set them free; or the loud, glorious moment they chose themselves over everyone else's opinion. Whether it's radical or subtle, our wise and witty storytellers will remind us that the most powerful thing we can do is live life on our own terms.

Don't miss New York's best storytelling night, presenting true stories told by women and non-binary performers across the generations, all celebrating the courage, freedom, and fierce joy of rebellion!
