Team 20s: Emma Quinlan Baxter is a tri-state area native/enthusiast, writer, and standup comedian. An NYU Tisch grad, she also writes sketches, plays, and screenplays, as well as a column for digital publication Tawk of New Yawk. Emma currently works as a PA on SNL and holds a Lifetime Girl Scout Card.
Team 30s: Jordanna Hernandez is a NYC-based queer Chicane, trauma-bustin', neurodivergent, actor, writer, creative chingona! Born in Phoenix and raised by Mexican immigrant parents, her work explores stories of overcoming generational trauma and the badass healing from within. She enjoys spicy food, emotional deep-diving, good sneezes, flossing, and conversations that elevate her consciousness and connection to the Earth.
Team 40s: Michelle Garside is a visionary brand architect with 15 years of experience shaping personal and corporate identities. After leading brand work at Novo Nordisk, Unilever, and Johnson & Johnson, she now helps individuals distill story, purpose, and impact into personal brand platforms. She is the author of NOT AWAKENED (Hachette, 2027).
Team 50s: Valarie Walker is an award winning story teller. Her goal is to challenge perceptions and build community through shared feelings. Survival as triumph and vulnerability as strength are key themes in her work. Credits include The Watermelon Woman, Moth Radio Hour. In 2025 she performed her solo show at Dixon Place.
Team 60s: Diane Britt-Smith is a NYC-based pro-aging advocate inspiring women 50+ to live boldly and age with intention. After a 40+ year career as an international journalist, she pivoted at 58 into commercial acting, modeling, and content creation—challenging ageism and redefining visibility for the silver generation.
Team 70s: Anne Hamburger is the Founding Executive Artistic Director of En Garde Arts, New York’s first site-specific theater company. Recent productions include the Obie-winning The Wind and The Rain and Last Call. She has won six Obies, multiple major theater awards, holds an MFA from Yale, and is the mother of Hannah and Owen Jenney.
